Load Sanity Check

Compare two load offers before you say yes. The point is not a perfect profit forecast. It is a fast check for all miles, fuel, tolls, time tied up and where the load leaves the truck.

Use checker
Quick read: If a load only works with perfect fuel, no dock delay and a same-day reload, it is not a strong load.

Truck floor and costs This sets the floor target
Your floor

Default fuel price uses the EIA U.S. on-highway diesel average for the week of May 25, 2026.

Start with your floor

Set the daily gross you need before comparing loads. The checker then tests each offer against that floor, fuel, tolls, reserve and time tied up.

Count the next move

Loaded RPM can look fine while the all-mile number is weak. Deadhead before pickup and the bounce after delivery both belong in the decision.

Check planned vs actual

Save the planned number, then compare it with actual fuel, wait time, all miles and reload distance. Your own lanes will show the pattern.
